Come and celebrate your birthday with Terrace Peaks Gymnastics Club! It’s the best party in town! Time will be spent exploring the gym, playing games, using gymnastics equipment and the foam pit with certified coaches in safe environment. You will also have time in the birthday party room for snacks, cake, and refreshments. Coaches will also lead a fun gift opening activity in the gym. Parents supply the kids, food, and refreshments. Terrace Peaks will provide the coaches, a great facility, and all the CLEAN UP.

Party Format
Each party is a two-hour booking.
The first hour is spent playing in the foam pit, followed by games and instruction on the equipment by certified Terrace Peaks coaches! The next 30 minutes is spent in the party room, with parents, for snacks, cake, etc. And the last 30 minutes is back in the gym for gift opening and free time!

Party Prices
$250.00 | Maximum of 16 children* with 2 coaches
$350.00 | Maximum of 24 children* with 3 coaches
* includes the birthday child, siblings, and all other children expected to participate within the gym vicinity.

Please note, if you’d like to upgrade from a 2 coach party to a 3 coach party, we require a minimum of 10 days’ advance notice, but due to staff shortage we cannot guarantee availability.
What We Provide
- NCCP certified coaches (1 coach for every 8 children) with coach-led instructions on the equipment.
- Party area with fridge, deep freezer, microwave, tables and chairs.
- Invitations are available to print: Option 1, Option 2, Option 3, and Option 4.
What You Provide
- A guest list with the names, ages, phone numbers, and membership of those guests attending your party. We collect this information to validate our liability insurance coverage with Gymnastics BC. Only participants listed on the guest list are allowed to participate in the gym.
- Food, beverages, utensils, dishes, decorations, candles, etc. Please note that we are a NUT AWARE facility. Also, alcohol is not permitted on the premises at any time.
- Supervision of guests during the 30 minutes in the party room.
- Crafts or activities for guests NOT participating in the gym activities.
Helpful Hints for Parents/Caregivers
- A birthday at Terrace Peaks is a fun, fitness activity; therefore, dresses or jeans are not appropriate wear. Please advise all guests to wear shorts/sweatpants and a t-shirt/sweatshirt or bodysuit and bare feet.
- Only participants signed in on the guest list will be permitted in the gym – no exceptions.
- Adults are not permitted on gymnastics equipment at any time. If an adult wishes to participate, they must be listed on the guest list and count towards the maximum.
- There is 15 minutes on either side of your scheduled party time for set-up and take-down.
- Children 4 years old and younger must be directly supervised at all times by an adult while in the gym – please be ready and willing to supervise.
- Please remain in the party room until the instructor calls the participants into the gym. Everyone must be accompanied by a coach when using any equipment or entering the gym.
Party Policies
- Party prices are subject to change.
- Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm party date. We accept cash, cheque (payable to TPGC), debit, VISA, MasterCard, or e-transfer (info@terracepeaks.ca).
- Parties booked and paid for 30-days in advance will receive a 10% discount on the party fee.
- If a party is cancelled 2 weeks or more before the booked date 80% of the fee will be refunded. If a party is cancelled within 2 weeks of the booked date no refund will be given.
- Abuse of any kind towards members or staff will result in your party ending immediately with no refund.
Trampoline Update
- Effective July 1, 2024, Gymnastics BC will allow the use of trampolines in birthday parties only for guests 6 years and older.
- As per the changes in 2019 to the national insurance coverage for gymnastics activities, trampoline use is still not permitted in unstructured programs, such as birthday parties (for under 6 years old) and drop-ins.
- This new updated is due to the increased safety and awareness brought about by the initial 2019 insurance changes.
- Trampoline activities will only be included during the party if ALL guests are 6 years and older.
