Boys & Girls 4 years and up

This program provides a solid base for the development of physical literacy, ensuring that young female & male athletes are well-equipped and confident to pursue gymnastics or any other sport. The Dev program focuses on strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and coordination. Athletes will develop good basics, strong spatial & body awareness, problem-solving skills, confidence, and self-awareness. This program is also a good introduction to competition. Athletes train 3-6 hours per week.
