VIASPORT RESOURCES

viaSport has some great resources to help promote fun, safe, and welcoming sport.  The BC Sport Complaints Guidance tool is designed to help you figure out where to raise a concern or file a complaint about an incident that took place in a sport environment in British Columbia. The Flag Tool allows you to receive anonymous guidance about a behavior a participant may have experienced or witnessed.

CANADIAN SPORT HELPLINE

An independent helpline has been set up with the support of Sport Canada and the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.

Anyone with a concern should feel comfortable reaching out to this free and confidential service. Information on their services and how to contact them can be found at abuse-free-sport.ca. The abuse-free sport phone and texting lines are monitored from 8 am to 8 pm Eastern time.
