Small Business Christmas Party 2025

Date: November 21, 2025

Please see the list of volunteer positions that need to be filled to run this year’s Christmas Party. Some positions need to be completed before the event. We need 10+ volunteers each night and 6+ volunteers for set-up and clean-up to ensure the event runs smoothly. Invitation families are required to sign up for a minimum of 2 volunteer positions. If you have the capacity, please consider signing up for more if possible.

The event is on Friday, November 21 only from 6:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Sponsorship Committee October-November Responsible for approaching businesses to ask for sponsorships, in-kind donations, or prize donations before the event.
Decorating & Set-up/Clean-up Committee October/November

Plan out decorations in advance (approval needed to purchase extras); organize decorations; decorate the venue
