2025/2026 Year-End Event

The Year-End Event is a chance for all the TPGC athletes to come together and show off what they have learned over the year. This exciting event brings athletes from all programs together to perform, making it a great opportunity to see the other athletes of Terrace Peaks and their fantastic skills! All athletes are expected to attend to support their group and club. All family members and friends are welcome to come and watch.
Families are asked to bring one potluck item to share. Items can include sweet or savory dishes, drinks, or eating utensils (cups, plates, napkins, etc.). Please let us know what you are bringing so others know what items are still needed.Â
The Cake Walk fundraiser is a family favourite. If you can bake a cake, cupcakes, or pie, please add your name to the sign-up sheet.
Club events, such as this one, cannot succeed without volunteers. If you are available to help out before, after, or during the event, please sign up below.

Set up gym and community center as per set-up checklist. Move all equipment not needed to storage areas. Set up spectator seating, admissions table, potluck tables and seating, fundraising tables. Decorations for the event.

Take video/pictures of the event, displays, and awards presentation.

Direct spectators and athletes to their seating area. Sit with the athletes before and after they perform. Assist with getting athletes on to the floor for their display and back to their seating area afterwards. Ensure athletes stay in their designated area until they are picked up by their parents.

Take tickets. Follow cakewalk instructions. Distribute prizes to winners.
