Terrace Peaks Gymnastics Club offers exciting and physically challenging
Gymnastics Field Trips. There are many benefits of participating in a gymnastics
field trip:
- Increases speed and balance
- Develops coordination and flexibility
- Improves motor skills, strength, and power
- Builds self-esteem, discipline, and mental focus
- Builds body awareness and control
Field Trips are recreational-based and geared towards the ages of the group.
Basic gymnastics is taught incorporating skill development on all apparatus
(vault, bars, beam, floor, and the ever-popular foam pit).
Effective July 1, 2023, Gymnastics BC will allow the use of trampolines for field trips only for participants 6 years and older or for field trips that book five or more visits. As per the changes in 2019 to the national insurance coverage for gymnastics activities, trampoline use is still not permitted for non-regularly scheduled programs, such as birthday parties and drop-ins. This new update is due to the increased safety and awareness brought about by the initial 2019 insurance changes.

FEES
- $75.00 per group of 1-15 participants for 1 hour (1 coach provided)
- $140.00 per group of 16-30 participants for 1 hour (2 coaches provided)
- $6.50 insurance fee per group visit
*Each group must register with Gymnastics BC for an Associate Membership.
*50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
We also offer PE class instructions in the school using the basic equipment that most schools already have available (gymnasium, mats, benches). The fee for this is $80.00 per hour per coach.
