Annual General Meeting

Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 7:00 pm

For the club to remain eligible for grant funding that is essential to our operations, we require a minimum of 20 voting members in attendance (twice the size of our board). If you or your child participated in any of our programs over the past year, you are considered a voting member.

Why your attendance matters:
Granting bodies look favourably on non-profits with strong community engagement. The more members who attend, the stronger our case for continued funding and the stronger our organization becomes.

During the AGM, the voting members will elect a new Secretary and one Director at Large.

You do not need to be a current member or have a child in our programs to be eligible for nomination. Self-nominations are welcome. If you are interested, please complete the nomination form and return it to our office. Forms will also be available at the AGM. If necessary, board voting will be conducted by secret ballot.

To support your attendance, snacks and childcare will be provided.

For your convenience, video conferencing will also be available via Zoom. Please email manager@terracepeaks.ca to receive the Zoom link.
