To be eligible for the grant funding that we require to remain operational, we require a minimum of 20 voting members to attend this Annual General Meeting (AGM). You are considered a voting member if you or your child attended any of our programs this past year. Attending the AGM does not mean you have to be on the Terrace Peaks Board. We strongly urge all members to be there. This is your chance to help and be involved in our Club.
During the AGM, the voting members will elect the new board of directors and vote to adopt a new set of Society bylaws.

Text of Special Resolution:
Motion: Repeal the Society Bylaw adopted on July 13, 2017, and adopt the updated Bylaws attached to the 2024 Annual General Meeting Notice.
Childcare and snacks will be provided.
